The volunteers at Rocky Mountain Riding Therapy team up with our Path International certified riding instructors to ensure that each lesson is safe and fun, as well as physically and emotionally beneficial to the rider.  Volunteers develop positive relationships with the students, which help build the confidence they need to improve their riding skills.  RMRT is one of the few places where our riders, who often have overwhelming challenges, can feel like winners.  We are extremely grateful to have volunteers who help with lessons, care for the therapy horses, and make our program possible.  A BIG thank you to all of our hard-working volunteers!

If you are 14 years or older and interested in volunteering at Rocky Mountain, we would like you to attend a Volunteer Orientation and Training session. These workshops are held every 3rd Saturday of the month at 2 p.m., except for the months December and January. Please sign up below for the next available training session.
